A team built
to make things happen.
Tasking Studio brings together people with different strengths across marketing, content, design, technology, production and operations — working as one connected team.
Different people.
Different strengths.
One team.
We are a multidisciplinary studio built around the idea that good work rarely happens in isolation.
A project may need strategy, design, content, video, automation, marketing or operational support — and often several of those things at the same time.
Our team works across disciplines so the work can stay connected from idea to execution.
We care less about staying inside job titles and more about solving the problem in front of us.
Good work starts with understanding what matters.
Before we decide what to make, we want to understand what the business is trying to accomplish.
We start with context, goals and the real problem before jumping into execution.
Design, marketing, content, technology and operations should support the same objective, not compete for attention.
We care about work that has a purpose — something that helps communicate, sell, organize, simplify or move the business forward.
We expect the work to evolve. We review, learn, adjust and keep building from what we discover.
The goal isn't just to make more.
It's to make what matters.
The way we work matters as much as the work itself.
Good ideas get better when different perspectives are involved.
If we're responsible for something, we treat it like it matters.
We ask questions, explore better approaches and keep learning new ways to solve problems.
We try to make complicated things easier to understand and easier to act on.
Projects change. Priorities change. We adapt without losing sight of the goal.
The details matter because the work represents both our client and our team.
The people
behind the work.
Our team is made up of people with overlapping skills, different perspectives and a shared responsibility for helping clients move forward.
Victor sets the direction of the work — what a client actually needs, how the pieces fit together and what success looks like. He leads projects end to end and makes the calls that keep quality and scope aligned.
Marlon connects marketing strategy with the operations behind it — campaigns, ads, automation and the planning that keeps everything moving. He coordinates the team so work ships on time and in the right order.
Luzbel shapes how the work is told — concepts, scripts and the visual storytelling behind video and content. She takes an idea from a rough brief to a finished, produced piece.
Ashley plans and runs social presence day to day, from content calendars to brand voice. She also reviews work before it goes out, so what reaches the audience is consistent and correct.
Felvin handles the visual side — brand identity, graphic design and the interfaces behind websites and landing pages. He designs in Figma and builds the creative that campaigns run on.
No project belongs
to just one person.
Different people bring different strengths into the same work. That's how Tasking can move across disciplines without treating every need as a separate project.
The work is collaborative.
The day usually is too.
We believe people can be more than one title.
A designer can understand content. A marketer can help shape a landing page. A content specialist can contribute to QA. A strategist can work alongside automation and operations.
The overlap helps us think about the whole project, not just our individual piece of it.
Skills connect. So does the work.
We aim to feel
like part of the team.
The goal is not to disappear behind a ticket system or only show up when something is due. We want enough context to understand the business, communicate clearly and make better decisions with the client.
We learn how the business works, not just what needs to be delivered.
Questions, feedback and decisions stay visible and understandable.
Clients can work directly with the people involved in the work.
The more context we build together, the easier it becomes to support what comes next.
Different projects
bring different people together.
You may begin by working with Tasking on design. Later, the same project may need content, video, marketing or automation. The team can grow around the work without starting the relationship from zero every time.
The people involved can change.
The context stays connected.
Different people.
Different strengths.
One team behind the work.
That's Tasking Studio.
